Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: April 29, 2026

At Crewlet we take your privacy seriously. You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data we obtained through connected third-party integrations such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, GitHub, Slack, Stripe, and PostHog. This page explains how to do that.

Option 1 — Delete your account from inside Crewlet

The fastest way to remove your data is to delete your workspace from within the product:

  1. Sign in to your Crewlet account at https://crewlet.io.
  2. Go to Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone.
  3. Click Delete Workspace and confirm.

Deleting your workspace permanently removes your account profile, workspace data, agent memory, session history, stored OAuth tokens for connected providers (including Meta), and any cached data obtained from those providers. This action is irreversible.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

If you cannot sign in, or you would like us to delete your data on your behalf, send an email to jason@crewlet.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

We will verify the request, delete or anonymize the relevant data within 30 days, and email you a confirmation. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself for legal and audit purposes.

Option 3 — Revoke Crewlet via Meta (Facebook) directly

To stop Crewlet from receiving any further data from your Meta / Facebook / Instagram account, you can revoke our access at any time:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find Crewlet in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove and confirm. Optionally check "Delete posts, photos and videos that Crewlet may have published on your behalf".

Revoking access in Meta immediately stops new data from flowing to Crewlet, but it does not delete data we have already received. To also delete that data, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.

What gets deleted

We may retain a minimal, non-identifying audit log (e.g., the fact that a deletion request was received and processed) where this is required by law or by our payment provider for fraud prevention and tax record-keeping.
