Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crewlet platform and website (crewlet.io) operated by Crewlet ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Crewlet platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Crewlet is an autonomous multi-agent platform that connects to your existing tools and services to automate daily business operations. Each workspace runs on an isolated compute instance provisioned for your account.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
- Use the platform to develop competing products
- Use connected third-party integrations (Meta, Google, etc.) in a way that violates the policies of those platforms
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not access Your Data except as necessary to operate the platform, provide support at your request, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, GitHub, Slack, Stripe, PostHog, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
YouTube. The Crewlet YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke Crewlet's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by disconnecting the provider in Crewlet. You remain responsible for any content you publish through the service and for its compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.
7. Payment & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and workspaces may auto-suspend during periods of inactivity. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Crewlet platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as needed to use the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crewlet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your workspace data within 30 days of account deletion, unless retention is required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crewlet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
